On Sunday, February 7, 2010 of Alexandria, VA. Beloved wife of the late Edgar Lohring Hook. Loving mother of Aaron J. Hook and wife Alma J. of Nazareth, PA; Larry G. Hook and wife Phyllis S. of Alexandria, VA. Sister of Pearl Marie Hartsell and husband Edward of Greenville, NC and the late Edna Mae Whittaker and Clara Olivia Kerns. Grandmother of seven. Great grandmother of thirteen and Great-great grandmother of four. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Dr. Alexandria, VA 22315. Funeral service will be 2pm Saturday at the funeral home. Interment Mt. Comfort Cemetery at later date. Memorial contributions may be made to: Cameron United Methodist Church, 3130 Franconia Rd. Alexandria, VA 22310.
